Physical Therapy

I just returned, from physical therapy.

I just lifted weights with my hands and legs.

I might lift in my room after lunch and then go out and about in the nursing home.

I hope I get accepted to the apartment, or else I might start asking about the homeless shelter and going there, I guess October 2nd, as I get my Social Security Survivors Benefits money/"check" in my bank account by the 1st.
